Outdoor Arenas Built for Every Event
From clinics and schooling shows to riding camps and community gatherings, our outdoor equine facilities offer plenty of space to ride, train, and grow. Our available arenas include:

Rider-Friendly Amenities & Easy Access
Our announcer’s booth, located above the concession area, keeps communication smooth and events running with ease. With ample trailer parking and a reservable campground close by, riders and families can settle in comfortably for single-day events or multi-day clinics.
Spacious Stabling for Horses & Handlers
The Fairgrounds offers 25 total stalls, all conveniently located near the arenas. Whether you're hosting a riding camp, 4-H event, or weekend show, our stabling layout makes it easy to manage horses safely and efficiently throughout your event.

OUTDOOR ARENA DROP-IN
The large outdoor horse show arena and round pen will be available for haul-in rides starting May 9. Warm-up arena and stalls are reserved for event rentals only.
Haul-in rides are welcome 9am to 7pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Wednesday is reserved for 4-H youth use. Please check website for scheduled events when the arena is not available for haul-in rides.
Main arena for in hand or riding only, no loose horses.
Please remember to clean up after yourself and your horse.
Horses should not go beyond the trailer parking area and the arenas. Please stay out of the campground.
Note: you must have a signed waiver on file with the Jefferson County Fairgrounds prior to entering the arena. Waivers are also available on site and must be completed, signed and dated and returned by e-mail to office@jeffcofairgrounds.org or dropped off at the office (Erickson). If the office is closed, drop the waiver through the mail slot in the door.
Fee: $10 per use. Pay here, or on site with QR code or cash at the pay station in envelopes provided.
