This is a free event, open to all ages of youth actively enrolled in the 4-H program in any project. While this event is geared towards the horse projects, anyone with a love or interest in horses is welcome to join! Event will be held in the 4-H building at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 5-7pm.
