Join us to explore kitchen basics with an emphasis on sanitation, product identification, production yields, knife skills, and the “lore” that makes cooking such a creative outlet. It’s an engaging opportunity to become more knowledgeable, capable, and skillful in the kitchen.
The first of hopefully many hands-on classes to elevate the understanding and magic of food on the Olympic Peninsula!

It’s a wonderful opportunity for young learners to become more knowledgeable, capable, and independent in the kitchen.
