- Fair Office Open: Wednesdays from 9-7pm. Drop in anytime if you need help with your entries! email fair.manager@jeffcofairgrounds.org for more info.
- Entry & Camping Registration (for exhibitors and their families) - when you begin your FairEntry a link and code are provided. Contact campground@jeffcofairgrounds.org if you have any questions
- Deadline for all Animal & 4-H Entry: July 15th 2026 Animal Entries have closed, but we are taking late entries on a case by case basis depending on availability of space. If you would like to enter an animal reach out to fair.manager@jeffcofairgrounds.org for help.
- Entry Drop Off Days: August 10th, 12th and 13th 2026
